To Place an Order
All functions require that a catering request be submitted on CaterTrax at least 24 business hours prior to the function. This is to ensure that we have the adequate amount of food and staff available to make your event a success. You will receive a copy of your request as confirmation of your order.

Although we request 24 business hours notice, we do recognize that there are some instances in which this is not possible. We will be happy to accommodate your requests on short notice and fulfill your needs as best as possible. However, based on the lead time you provide, we can only provide you with the menu selections available at that time.

Delivery and Set-Up
Delivery and Set-up are provided by our catering employees. Pick-up is also available during business hours (6:30 AM -4:30 PM Monday through Friday).

Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled within 72 business hours of the function will incur a charge for any food specially ordered for that event.

Order Information

A 35% cancellation fee may apply to all events cancelled with less than 72 business hours notice.

Any event scheduled after-hours will require a $17.00 per hour labor fee per staff person. 

An additional 25% fee will be applied to any changes to an event within 24 hours of delivery time.

Service
Service staff is available for your event at an additional fee. Catering staff members are professional and pleasant, and will be pleased to assist you in managing your event. Should you require staffing, the hours and number of service personnel will be determined at the discretion of the Catering Director. No prices quoted in the catering brochure or CaterTrax online ordering system include service staff. Service staff are typically only used for very large and after-hours functions. Standard work-time catering to conference rooms does not incur any charge for service staff.

Rentals
Rental of linens, china and furnishings are available for your event with 72-hour notice.

Prices
Prices in the catering brochure and CaterTrax online catering system may change due to product availability and market increases. Any changes will be reviewed with customers at the time of order placement and alternative menu options will be provided. China, silverware, linens and service personnel are available at an additional price. Functions occurring after normal business hours will be subject to additional labor charges. Pricing and the menu can be customized depending on the size of the group.
